My name is Suzanne, known to all as Sue.
I am a qualified independent Breathworks mindfulness teacher based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
I run two Breathworks courses, the mindfulness for stress and the mindfulness for health courses, as well as bespoke mindfulness courses and sessions, tailored to suit organisations needs.
All these courses are an invitation to practice mindfulness and compassion.
Developing mindfulness and self-compassion skills can help us all to cope better with difficulties and challenges, whether physical or emotional, and in so doing to boost our well-being and ultimately our happiness.
